we had a fantastic stay at comfort inn! cookie at the front desk was awesome, getting our 4 rooms together on the first floor. plus, being right off i-40 made it easy to get around.

A tranquil getaway near the canyon

The quiet surroundings were perfect for relaxation, and the spacious room and lovely pool area made our escape memorable. We felt right at home.

The staff was friendly and accommodating during our two-night family stay. The breakfast was decent and allowed us to start our days well. However, the hotel was overwhelmed with cooking odors from other guests, which was quite unpleasant. The pool and jacuzzi were not warm enough for comfort, leading to a less enjoyable time there overall.

The location of the Comfort Inn in Williams is great for accessing the Grand Canyon. I liked the comfortable king bed that provided a good night's sleep. The room had a microwave and refrigerator, which made it easy to store snacks. The breakfast had a decent selection including hot and cold items, but during peak breakfast hours, it got really crowded, making it tough to find a seat. The staff at check-in were friendly but seemed overwhelmed in the breakfast area. It took a while to fill up the coffee during busy times, and the coffee wasn't very good. I also noticed that some of the linens had stains, which could use a bit more attention. The hallways were carpeted, making it hard to roll my suitcase. While electric vehicle charging stations were available, they lacked sufficient power. Overall, there were some nice touches, but cleanliness and staffing level could definitely be improved.

Had a really enjoyable stay, especially thanks to the delicious breakfast and the relaxing indoor pool and jacuzzi. The place was really clean and comfy, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Just a heads up, the coffee station could use a little more space for seating. ☕️

Nice stay with clean rooms. I had a Queen Room with two queen beds. It had air conditioning, a shower, and a TV. Breakfast offered scrambled eggs, sausage links, and bagels, available until 9am. Loved the indoor hot tub and pool for relaxing. Parking is safe and quiet, plus, you're just a short walk from shops and restaurants.

After a fun-packed day exploring the Grand Canyon, our family enjoyed the inviting indoor pool, which was perfect for the kids. The included breakfast was impressive, with a variety of hot and cold options, much to our delight. The spacious room comfortably accommodated us all.
